Autotest: Sept 14th CANCELLED
The Autotest on Sunday 14th September at East Kirkby Airfield is CANCELLED due to bad weather
The weather forecast for Sunday is torrential rain from 1100am onwards.
Steve Hall has requested that we cancel the autotest on the grounds that
it is the on the Main Car Park of the Aviation Centre and in view of the
weather may cause substantial damage to the grass surface. This is the
first autotest we have had to cancel because of the weather for as long
as I can remember but I am sure you understand the reasons of taking
this difficult decision.
The next autotest is scheduled to be at Strubby Airfield, near Alford on
a tarmac surface on Sunday 12th October 2025 starting at 1100am. Please
contact Ian Mackenzie or myself if you want to enter that event and your
entry monies will carry forward to October. If you wish to have your
monies returned just once again contact Ian and he will arrange a
refund.
