Louth Classic Car show:1st June 2025 – MGOC Invitation Event

The MG Owners Club have invited us to attend their Classic Car show at Louth on 1st June.

After an excellent show in 2024, we have our fingers crossed for dry
weather in 2025. The show is scheduled for Sunday 1st June 2025, in the
same location. Please arrive at the field between 9am and 11am to allow
the judging paperwork to be completed and speed up the process. Anyone
arriving after 11:30 will not be entered into the judging. Anyone
arriving on the day who has not registered will be charged £10 and if
the car class area is already full, they will be assigned to the
overflow area and not involved in the judging process. Thanks for your
understanding.
Please Note the following changes:
Classic cars arriving may have up to 2 persons on board, more than this
will be charged as per visitor gate price.Louth Lions have taken the
decision NOT to organise a road run this year, for several reasons. The
main ones being the costs and number of personnel needed to manage it.
So please go straight to Deighton Close Fields between 9.00 and 11.00am.
Please note that due to late entrants affecting the judging process,
then no car entries will be accepted after 11:30, allowing time for the
judging process to take place. If, however your group / club want to
arrange your own then great.Move away from using the postal system
mainly due to cost but also appreciate not everyone has email or
printers. If, you would like to only use email then please reply with
the completed form and I will send the car tag and details back by email
for you to print and display in the car.If you plan to attend, but
cannot use email or print as above, then please complete the attached
paperwork, along with a cheque (or BACS) and a stamp addressed envelope
(SAE) and return to myself. The SAE is required for Louth Lions to send
back your ‘Car Class Tag’ for display in the window and details of the
field arrival.
Please note we added Class “L” (future Classics), last year and will be
retained again this year.
